Scott Bauerle brings more than 30 years of experience delivering complex construction, amenity, and site environments across commercial, hospitality, and public-facing projects. Curated Services Group was established as a focused platform built around principal-led execution, disciplined coordination, and the ability to make architecturally ambitious designs buildable.

Scott remains directly involved in every project, working closely with developers, general contractors, and architects to protect design intent while solving real-world construction challenges.
