Hill Country Galleria is an open-air retail and lifestyle center serving as a regional destination for dining, shopping, and community events. The development blends pedestrian circulation, gathering spaces, and amenity-driven environments within a cohesive architectural framework.
The project required execution across multiple site phases, with heavy emphasis on durability, public interaction, and refined finish detailing.
Scope
CSG’s scope included comprehensive architectural and structural site execution, including:
- Architectural and decorative concrete
- Flagstone and integrated hardscape systems
- Structural pergolas and custom site structures
- Engineered retaining wall systems
- Custom ponds and integrated water features
- Amphitheater construction
- Splashpad and interactive water elements
This work required structural coordination, hydraulic integration, finish alignment, and public-safety considerations within a high-traffic retail environment.
